Our trade show display rental packages have been designed to address many exhibitor profiles. Whether you are a software company looking to demonstrate your applications or a consumer electronics company looking to show off your products, our pre-configured trade show display rental designs have been created with your unique requirements in mind. Additionally, we offer many options to make this space all your own by adding custom components and designing your own graphics. Each display rental package includes the display & accessories and exhibit services (install & dismantle labor, on-site exhibit management and managed shipping) delivering turn-key display rental solutions – once you have settled on a display design and have provided us with artwork for your display graphics, we do the rest!

Display Rental Package A - Meeting Space
This display design is perfect for those who are looking for a simple, yet professional & brand-appropriate way to present their company while hosting meetings within their booth space. Whether you are a professional services company, consulting firm, or just want a branded space to conduct meetings, this design is extremely versatile and customizable to fit your exhibit needs.
This display structure is built using laminated wood panel walls covered with printed vinyl graphics. The reception counter is a solid wood counter with the option of including a backlit front graphic panel. The meeting area can either include a sofa/coffee table set or a meeting table/chair set. The monitor shown is a 55″ monitor. The canopy includes recessed lights for ample lighting.
